Cheesecake with strawberries
This cake I bake is not the first time, and not even a second…and third) which means that it really is a very delicious cupcake that takes minimal effort and time) And if you add to the taste of the curd, the taste of chocolate and strawberry, we can say that it’s a hit strawberry season…because the combination of stunning, and the flavor just «knocks»…
You will need:
300 gr. flour
150 gr. butter
330 gr. sugar
260 gr. cottage cheese
4 small eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
300 gr. fresh strawberries for decoration
chocolate frosting ( I have done)
How to prepare:
1. The butter with the sugar, beat on medium speed. Add pureed through a sieve (I use a blender and wipe) cheese. Pour eggs (room temperature) and stir well the mixture.
2. Pour the sifted flour with baking powder. Well, but gently knead the dough.
3. Put the dough in greased with butter form (or silicone) and bake at 170 gr. about one hour (until dry toothpick).
4. The finished cake to cool on a wired rack and pour the chocolate glaze, top with fresh strawberries.
