Cheesecake with pineapple

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese — 500 g
Eggs — 2 PCs.
Small fresh pineapple
Butter — 50 g
Semolina — 3 tablespoons
Raisins — 50 g
Sugar — 50 g
Vanilla

Preparation:

1. Pineapple peel,cut into circles and cut out the core.
2. Curd mix with the eggs,sugar,vanilla and melted butter.
3. Mix semolina and raisins.
4. Put in a lot of shape on top of the pineapple slices.
5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180.cheesecake-with-pineapple
