Cheese cake pan

This cake is a bit like khachapuri, but without the dough cooks very quickly, tasty, both hot and cold.

Ingredients

Hard cheese – 200 g
Chicken egg – 2 PCs.
Sour cream – 200 g
Flour – 3 tbsp
Greens – bunch
Salt – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Pan diameter 26-28 cm

Method of preparation
