grapes sweet large
curd cheese (I had Carat with herbs) 140 g
blue cheese (Dor blue) 40 g
pistachio ( with shell weight) 120 g
Wash grapes, dry, tear off the branches. I was pulling out the bones. Each grape cut.
Mix the cheese or other sharp cheese and curd cheese. Cool.
Clean the pistachios from the shells and , if possible, from the husk. Chopped with a knife in the crumb.
Each berry of grapes to stick round cheese mixture to get evenly and roll in pistachios.
Fold the balls in a container and put into the cold.
Serve as a snack.
