Today I had this sudden urge to feel the long forgotten taste of condensed milk with chocolate, so we decided to cook a cake with this cream.
Cooking time: 2-2. 5 hours. The difficulty is almost zero.
for the dough:
— butter 200 g
— 200 g sour cream
sugar 2 Cup
— eggs 2 PCs.
soda 1 tsp.
for the cream:
— boiled condensed milk 500 g
— butter 100 g
— roasted nuts (I took peanuts) 70-100 g
— black chocolate 30 g
To get butter in advance so that it becomes soft.
Beat eggs, add sugar and again beat. The sugar should dissolve. Connect the egg-sugar mixture with sour cream and butter.
Add flour, baking soda and replace the dough.
Put it on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Then divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out thinly into a rectangle. Particularly following the form is not necessary, because then the cake will need to crop and trim will need to decorate.
Put each layer on a baking sheet and pierce in different places with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Finished cakes cool slightly, put them on each other and trim the edges to get a smooth rectangles.
Cropping is put in the oven for 10 minutes to thoroughly dry for a while and has acquired a rich color and then grind. I used a rolling pin.
Now you can do the cream.
The chocolate melt. To do this, I put it in a small deep dish for a couple of minutes in the microwave.
Boiled condensed milk to combine with butter and melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
Peanuts are cleaned, crushed with rolling pin, add in the cream and stir.
Every cake to grease with a cream.
The last of the cake to cover the top and edges.
Sprinkle with crumbs and grated chocolate.
