Cake-sour cream with chicken and mushrooms
The chicken is ready (I have smoked thighs) – 500 grams;
Grated cheese – 300 grams;
Raw chicken egg – 3 pieces;
Mushrooms any ready (I had canned, roasted) – 300 grams;
Sour cream – 500 grams
Flour – 1 Cup;
Baking powder – 2 tsp;
Greens – 1 bunch;
Sesame seeds — for sprinkling;
Spices — to taste.
1. Dough: eggs a little beat, mix with sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Flour mixed with baking powder and to gently add to the sour cream. You’ll get a fairly liquid batter. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
2. During this time, a small cut into the chicken, greens and mushrooms, grate the cheese. Half of the dough put into a form, the filling and pour the second half of the dough. Sprinkle the cake with grated cheese (the cheese should completely cover the dough).
3. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the cake and pierce it in several places with a toothpick. Again put in the oven and cook for 30 minutes until tender. The finished cake sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
