Cake «Chocolate pleasure»
Ingredients:
For the dough:
wheat flour — 2 cups
cocoa two tablespoons
soda — one teaspoon
salt — 1/4 tsp
butter — 1/2 Cup
sugar — 1 1/2 Cup
eggs — two pieces.
milk chocolate 120 grams
whey — 1 Cup
For the cream:
sugar — 1/2 Cup
liqueur coffee — 1/2 Cup
strong black coffee — 1/4 Cup
egg yolks — three pieces.
butter — 1 Cup
For registration:
almonds and chocolate dragees
Method of preparation:
Flour, cocoa, salt and soda mix and proseem.
Cream the butter and sugar beat until smooth, one will enter the eggs, then add the chocolate. Gradually add the flour, pour the whey and mix up well.
The dough will tear the page into three parts and bake three cake at 180°C.
For the cream mix sugar, coffee and liqueur, warm up, to get a thick syrup.
Egg yolks whip and slowly, without ceasing whip, pour in the syrup.
Softened butter whip, mix with coffee and yolk mass.
Finished cakes will popitem liquor and lay on each other, rubbing each cake cream. Cake top cover cream, Boca sprinkle with almonds and decorate with chocolate drops.
