Ingredients:

— 2 cups sour cream
— 2 cups sugar
— 2 cups flour
— 4 eggs
— 1 Cup poppy
— 1 Cup nuts
— 1 Cup raisins
— cocoa
soda
— vinegar
— 500 gr of butter
— 2 cans of condensed milk

Preparation:

1st cake
Grind 1 egg + 1/2 Cup sugar, add 1/2 Cup sour cream + 1 teaspoon soda extinguished by vinegar + 1/2 Cup flour + 3/4 Cup poppy. All mix and pour into the pan, greased. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked.

2nd cake
The principle of operation is the same as in the first cake, but instead of poppy seeds add 1 teaspoon cocoa + 3/ 4 Cup raisins

3rd cake
The principle of operation is the same as in the first cake, but instead of poppy seeds add 3/4 Cup nuts

4th cake
The principle of operation is the same as in the first cake, but instead of poppy seeds add 1/4 Cup of poppy seeds + 1/4 Cup of raisins and 1 teaspoon cocoa + 1/ 4 Cup nuts

Cooled cakes use the cream: 500 gr butter + 2 cans of condensed milk

Sides of the cake to decorate with crushed nuts and sprinkle the top with cocoa.
The cake is ready.
