The dough in this embodiment goes steeper than in the Armenian recipe. This gives you the opportunity to share it not 10-12, and 17-19 of the parts. Cakes turn out tender and quickly soaked with cream.
flour – 3 tbsp
eggs – 3 PCs
sugar – 120 gr
sour cream – 100 ml
butter – 100 gr
the boiled condensed milk – 1 Bank
sour cream 15% — 600 ml
dark chocolate – 1 tile
Step by step instructions
Soften butter with a spoon to grind with sugar, add hydrated soda and sour cream, beat eggs and stir.
Sift the flour and add to the batter. Knead the mixture, wrap in plastic wrap and put on half an hour in the cold.
For the cream whisk the condensed milk with sour cream.
The dough is divided into 18 portions and each maximum roll it out thinly.
Bake the shortcakes in the oven until it will turn brown at 200 °C.
Cool and cut to the desired size, carefully mark cream and 4 hours left to get soaked.
Just before serving sprinkle top of cake with grated chocolate.
