Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:

Cauliflower — 1 pc.
Vegetable oil — 1 teaspoon
Yogurt from soy milk — 300 ml
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
Chili powder — 2 tablespoons.
Cumin — 1 tbsp.
Crushed garlic — 1 tbsp.
Curry powder — 1 teaspoon
Black pepper — 1 teaspoon
Sol — 2 teaspoon

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a baking sheet with oil.
2. Rinse the cabbage and remove any green leaves.
3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper.
4. Place the cabbage in a bowl and coat with the marinade.
5. Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Marinade make a crust on the surface of a cauliflower.
6. Give the cabbage to cool for 10 minutes and serve with green salad.cabbage-recipe
