Ingredients for 6 PCs.:
Flour — 95 g
Baking powder — 1/2 tsp
Salt — a pinch
Cane sugar — 80 g
The vanilla on the tip of a knife
Chicken eggs — 1 PC.
Citric acid — 1/4 tsp
Butter — 70 g
Cream cheese — 75 g
Blueberry — 100 g
For the cream:
Cream cheese — 150 g
Cream >30% — 80 ml
Powdered sugar — 30 g
Blueberries optional
Preparation:
1. Beat softened butter with sugar, add vanilla and a pinch of salt.
2. Add the egg and cream cheese, beat until smooth mass.
3. Separately sift all the dry ingredients.
4. Combine the two mixtures, add the blueberries and stir.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 175° C.
6. For the cream whip the cream with icing sugar, add cream cheese.
7. Optionally, you can add and blueberries.
8. Decorate cupcakes.
