Clafoutis is a traditional French dessert. A cross between a casserole and easy pie. The classic clafoutis is cooked with ripe cherries, but you can use any berries and juicy fruits.
800 g of different berries
200 g sour cream fatty
100 g sugar
4 medium eggs
11 g baking powder (baking powder)
100 g flour
1 tsp almond essence
1 tsp vanilla essence (or seeds from a vanilla pod)
1 tbsp butter
1. The dough. Thoroughly wash the berries, dry them. Whisk the eggs in a thick and fluffy foam.
2.Add sugar, sour cream and essences. Carefully whisk.
3.Sift flour into mixture, add baking powder, mix well until smooth.
4.Roll form butter. If silicone oil can be left.
5.Pour the batter into the pan, and pour on top of berries.
6.Preheat the oven to 180°. Bake 45-50 minutes until it will turn brown.
