Beef Stroganoff in slow cooker
Beef (fillet) – 600 g
Onion – 1 piece
Flour – 1 tablespoon
Sour cream 15-20% — 3 tablespoons
Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
Water – 250 ml
Salt, spices – to taste
1.Meat wash, cut into cubes (about 0,5×2,5 cm). Chop onions into strips.
2.In the bowl multivarki (pre-oiled) bow. Close the lid, select the Frying/Baking, the cooking time 5-10 min. to Open the lid, add the meat, onion, sour cream, tomato paste, water, salt and spices. Mix. Close the lid, select the program Stewing, cooking time 40-50 min.
This dish is perfect garnish of boiled potatoes, and spaghetti or noodles.
