Baked tomatoes with cheese

Ingredients:

1 large tomato
grated Parmesan
fresh herbs (oregano, parsley, thyme)
salt and pepper
— olive oil

Preparation:

1. Tomato cut in half and place in the casserole dish.
2. Sprinkle cheese on top, salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
