Baked fish in yoghurt with herbs


175 ml 0% yogurt
60 g chopped cilantro
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lime zest
2 teaspoons lime juice
4 fish fillets 115 g (original — tilapia)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 Cup flour
30 ml olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter


In a small bowl mix the yogurt, cilantro, green onions, zest and lime juice.
Fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.

Roll in flour. In a large skillet, heat the butter, olive and cream on medium-high temperature. Fry fillets on both sides until Golden brown about 4-5 minutes. Serve with prepared sauce.baked-fish-in-yoghurt-with-herbs
