Baguette stuffed with chicken and mushrooms
2 baguette ( I have not long baguettes, these are freely placed in the oven)
chicken breast ( 1 chicken breast)
mushrooms (200 g)
sour cream (250 g.)
Finely chop chicken, mushrooms and onions, fry them until cooked with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, add sour cream, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Baguette cut in half lengthwise, take out the crumb.
Fill the baguette with the ready filling. Put the baguettes in a baking dish, covered with foil.
