Baguette stuffed with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 baguette ( I have not long baguettes, these are freely placed in the oven)
chicken breast ( 1 chicken breast)
mushrooms (200 g)
tomato
bow
green
sour cream (250 g.)
cheese
salt, pepper

Preparation:

Finely chop chicken, mushrooms and onions, fry them until cooked with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, add sour cream, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Baguette cut in half lengthwise, take out the crumb.

Fill the baguette with the ready filling. Put the baguettes in a baking dish, covered with foil.

Sprinkle baguette with cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Decorate with slices of tomatoes, herbs, mushrooms and put into the oven to be baked at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.baguette-stuffed-with-chicken-and-mushrooms
