Aspic of chicken with sour cream
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh 2 pieces
0.5 chicken breast pieces
Onion 1 piece
Carrot 1 piece
Cherry tomatoes to taste
Sour cream 3 tablespoons
Eggs to taste
Parsley to taste
Green tinned peas to taste
Gelatin 50 grams
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Chicken broth , onion and carrot with salt and cook until tender. A portion of the broth (about 1 Cup) molded, allow to cool a little and pour into it the gelatine to swell for 40 minutes. Remove chicken from skin and bones and finely chop.
Put in the form for our delicious aspic. Next, we connect the swollen gelatin from the rest of the broth and heat over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin has dissolved.
Detachable 2/3 of the broth, fill them with chicken and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Half of the remaining broth mix with sour cream.
Get the form from the refrigerator, pour the broth with the sour cream and again in the fridge for 20 minutes. Take out of the refrigerator the form, decorate on their own or on the holiday theme. From top to pour the remaining portion of the broth and into the fridge for two hours. Get and delight the guests.
