Apple casserole with crispy crust

I am absolutely in love with this town. Soft, fragrant casserole with lots of apples and crisp. Buns also helpful — whole-wheat flour, no yeast, eggs and a sufficient number of cinnamon sugar over the apples.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
10g baking powder
a pinch of salt
3st.l. sugar
vanilla
3 full tablespoons light margarine / butter
100ml milk (perhaps vegetable, too)
50ml apple juice

2 medium apples
cinnamon
2-3st.l. sugar (to taste)
2st.l. lemon juice
peel of half a lemon
some milk

Preparation:

Oven 200 C. Mix the dry ingredients, add the butter and mash with a fork all. Then pour milk, stir and pour the juice. The dough is pliable. Roll it out to a thickness of approx. 0.5-1 cm, sprinkle with cinnamon, a little sugar, spread the grated apples and pour the juice with the zest and roll wrap. Cut the roll into pieces (about 3 cm) and arrange them in a greased form. Drizzle the top with milk (approx. 50 ml, a little) and sugar. Bake for approx. 20 minutes.apple-casserole-with-crispy-crust
