Sweet Bulgarian pepper — 3 pieces
The processed cheese — 2 PCs.
Garlic — 2 cloves
Carrot — 1 PC.
Mayonnaise —to taste
Lettuce — for decoration
Fresh parsley — 2-3 sprigs
1. Cottage cheese frozen in the freezer. Do it to then the cheese you could grate them.
2. My bell peppers and cut the stems. Cut the pepper so as to obtain a boat.
3. Carrot peel and grate. Frozen cream cheese too grate. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
4. In cheese, carrot and garlic, add the mayonnaise. All mix until a homogeneous mass.
5. The plate, which will lay an appetizer, decorate with lettuce and Nachinaem pumps of sweet peppers.
6. Parsley finely chop and sprinkle our appetizer.
