200 g chocolate — dark or milk according to your taste
25 g butter
200 g of boiled condensed milk
120 g of pistachios (also suitable cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, walnuts or a mixture)
Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl together with the butter and condensed milk.
Put in a water bath and stir, melt and bring to homogeneity. Remove from the heat.
Nuts coarsely chop.
Add to chocolate mixture and stir.
Pour into covered foil pan and allowed to cool to room temperature. Then put in the fridge and keep, until the mixture hardens.
Remove the fondant from the mold, remove the foil and cut the Fudge into small pieces.
The finished product is stored in a tightly closed container. Week stored exactly.
