A cooling cocktail «Coffee Frappe»
30 ml of cold coffee
two scoops of vanilla or ice cream
¼ Tsp cocoa
cinnamon to taste
4 ice cube
Method of preparation:
1. In a blender put cold coffee, ice cream, cocoa, chocolate and whisk on high speed until smooth.
2. Then add ice and again whisk all the ingredients until a thick foam. Pour the finished cocktail in a tall glass, decorate ice cream, chocolate and cinnamon.
