A classic recipe milk jello
What you need:
10 g gelatin
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp sugar
200 ml of milk
vanilla – to taste
How to cook classic milk jelly:
1. RUB the yolks with vanilla and sugar, and then pour in the hot milk.
2. Gelatin to pour the water and as soon as it swells, add to egg-milk mixture, and then heat it until thick.
3. Pour into jelly moulds and put into the refrigerator until fully cured.
This dessert can mix any fruit or berries, e.g. raspberries, cherries, tangerines, apricots or kiwi. Fruits should be cut into small pieces, place in bottom of ramekins and pour the jelly
