A bright salad of buckwheat


Buckwheat — 250 g
Bacon — 50 g
Parsley — 1/2 bunch
Tomato — 1 PC.
Parmesan cheese — 20 g
Olive oil — 4 tbsp
Lemon juice — 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper (ground) to taste


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Bacon fry to a crisp in a dry pan.
3. Remove from heat and place on a plate covered with paper towel. Blot the paper has absorbed excess fat.

4. In a large bowl place the buckwheat.
5. Add the chopped tomato, parsley, cheese and Pogrebite hands bacon.
6. Add to the salad olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
