7 amazing homemade sauces

7 amazing homemade sauces for every taste!

1. Sauce “Tartar”.
200 gr. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. l. grated horseradish, 2 pickled cucumber, medium onion, finely chopped parsley (1 tbsp). Mix and serve chilled in a separate special container.

2. Sauce “Andalusian”.
200gr. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp of brandy, finely chopped onion, lemon juice and red pepper. Urgency due to red pepper can be adjusted to taste.

3. Sauce “Mushroom”.
400 gr. boiled mushrooms (finely chopped), 4 tbsp. l. grated horseradish, 100 gr. mayonnaise, 100 gr. sour cream, salt, pepper. It turns out quite a lot you can do less, despite what the company is going at the table!

4. The Sauce “Tomato”.
200 gr. tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 zubochka of garlic( minced), parsley, salt and pepper.

5. Sauce “Olive”.
200 gr. mayonnaise, 100 gr. chopped pitted olives, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper.

6. Sauce “Beet”.
100 gr. sour cream, small boiled beets, grated on a fine grater, 100 g. mayonnaise, one chopped onion, 2 tablespoons horseradish, pickled cucumber (cut into small cubes).

7. The Sauce “Delicate”.
200 gr. mayonnaise, 100 gr. grated cheese, 3 tbsp sour cream, 2 tsp horseradish, chopped dill, salt and pepper.

Sauce recipe with horseradish is very specific and are preparing for everybody. If you don’t like horseradish, don’t add it, and replace a large number of greens. If you like sharp and spicy sauces – add a little mustard. Each of us has his own preferences in food, but despite the difference in tastes, you’ll be able to cook a delicious sauce!
